Brand and contact

This notice applies to the “德扑 AI 训练器” (Poker AI Trainer) website and Web version. For data or privacy questions, contact billxfan@gmail.com.

Account and purchase data

Google verifies your identity. The product uses your Google user identifier and verified email address to create an account. It records login sessions, order amounts, currencies, payment statuses and payment event identifiers to provide account access, verify purchases and handle support. We do not need your Google password or access your Gmail messages.

Account sessions use an HttpOnly cookie, with a hash of the session token stored on the server. Sessions last 30 days; signing out revokes the current session. The random challenge for a single Google sign-in expires after 10 minutes. These cookies support sign-in and security checks.

Your language preference is stored locally and in a poker_language preference cookie for up to one year, to remember your Chinese or English selection. It does not prove a purchase and is not used for advertising tracking.

Training data in your browser

Hands, statistics, opponent memory and the trial counter are stored locally in your browser and are currently not synchronized to the account server. Clearing local data affects training records but does not delete confirmed purchases recorded on the server.

Service providers and regions

Google provides sign-in verification, Vercel hosts the website, and Neon PostgreSQL stores account, session and order data. The current database is located in the eastern United States. These services may process data outside your region.

Paddle, as the authorized reseller, processes checkout, payment details and related tax information. The product does not store full card numbers or payment passwords. Paddle’s own Privacy Policy applies to the information it processes.

No advertising or product analytics SDKs are currently integrated. Hosting services may process necessary operational information such as request IP addresses, timestamps and error logs. Account and purchase information is not displayed publicly.

Retention, access and deletion

Account information is kept while account services are provided. Orders and necessary payment events are used to prove purchases and handle refunds, disputes and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Expired sessions and challenges cannot be used for authentication; corresponding expired records are cleaned up during later sign-ins and related operations.

Contact the support email to request access, correction, account closure or data deletion. We will verify account ownership before handling information that is no longer needed. Data still required to fulfill purchases, handle refunds or disputes, or meet applicable recordkeeping requirements will be retained only for those purposes. Closing your account may affect the restoration of purchase access; please state how you want existing purchases handled in your request. You can delete local training saves through your browser settings.
